The usable surface of the platform measures 21-1/2” (54.6 cm) W x 12-3/8” (31.4 cm) D.

The usable height between the top of the wooden platform and the glass measures 2-11/16” (6.8 cm).

The insert slides into the grooves of the glass holder shoes (A) and a thumb screw (B) on either side secures it to the main frame (C).

The insert can be used as storage space for newspapers, magazines, papers, office supply and other things.

When used with glass as the tabletop surface it offers a surprising variation of decorative possibilities.
