Jewelry Desk
Jewelry Desk (2002) commissioned by Historical Design Collection Inc., New York City.
An elegant Monolith that knows how to hide what it bears of value. It projects inconspicuous from the perpendicular corner of two walls, capable of wrapping itself 180 degrees around it. Then, just by magic, it glows and ... it reveals its precious treasure. It knows perfectly how to serve as a seductive display and how to keep an onlooker hooked. “Open Sesame!” it sounds and magic does the trick!
